I am in the middle of doing an S54 swap and M3 body conversion.
Can anyone confirm what would be required to get 18" wheels on? Are they just a straight swap or are there clearance issues with M3 arches?
I was thinking 245 40 18 on all four corners (want all square to help offset the additional weight up front).
Not sure if it is relevant but suspension is custom fabricated ProDrive DTM stuff and Intrax coilovers.
I don't want to start hacking the shell to bits, if that's the case I will just stick with 17s.
The car is going to be about 90% track use, 10% driving to tracks, hence looking to get as much contact patch as possible.
