Are you talking about the crystal/red ones? I was going to get them too for my black 325is but decided to wait and get all red ones.

They looked good on the IS200...
But even Lexus have ditched 'em now, 'cause they look crap on nearly everything else.

if your talking about the crystal clears (not lexus style) they are pretty much hit and miss depending colour of car. They look good on red and white cars as they blend in nicely but look a bit outta place on other car colours. Lexus ones are horribly styled, don't get those ones! I have them on mine, pic enclosed.

yeah thats the ones i'm talkin about. i agree about lexus style lights, they suck. far too common with the saxo and corsa boys!
reason for asking is i'm unsure what to put on the touring i just got on ebay (15 mins ago!) its got red ones on at the mo and not sure about them either. might go for standard ones and tint the orange and white part of the lense and leave the rest red. dunno, will decide when i see the car in the flesh.

yeah, mask off all red parts of the lense and paint the rest. not too boy racerish and looks like it came out of the factory. look at the later model peugeot 306 for example, they're done the same.eun wrote:na just leave them all red they are the best imodaveyw wrote:yeah thats the ones i'm talkin about. i agree about lexus style lights, they suck. far too common with the saxo and corsa boys!![]()

Never seen them with my own eyes but I think they could look good. Lexus lights suck and always have done. I personally prefer smoked ones or all red ones.

Those lights suck!!
They are a modern design light, on an 80's car...just wrong wrong wrong!!!
Leave them for the saxo's and nova's.

Dont think those look any good on a e30, I'd go with red, smoked or even standard rather than those.

they remind me of e28 lights, as gouki said your car has to be red or white possibly silver to pull it off

your right about that, if you look at an E28 5 series and compare, look pretty similar.Kos wrote:they remind me of e28 lights, as gouki said your car has to be red or white possibly silver to pull it off

I don't care for them one bit. I find them very ricy/distasteful.
