I need to change one HT lead as it has split slightly. Shall I change the whole lot or just the one?
If so recommendations for the leads? Also where to buy distributor and rotor arm? Aftermarket any good?
Cheers

Personally I'd change the lot, then keep the rest in a box for emergencies for about 6 years and after never using them then throw them away, a week later one will fail and you will kick yourself

Are they the original leads, or have aftermarket ones been fitted at some time?
The only failed E30 original leads I've ever seen are those that have been physically damaged by someone removing the caps from the spark plugs by pulling the leads, or ones that have been allowed to come into contact with the exhaust manifold.
If they are original, I see no reason to change any other than the damaged one, and I'd fit 30 year old genuine ones over new aftermarket any day.
Distributor cap and rotor arm should be available from the likes of ECP/CP4L or GSF, but go for the most expensive option.

Thanks Brian. I've ordered the dizzy and rotor (beru and Bosch)
Yes all original leads and it's number 5 lead - I got a shock when I touched it while the engine was running, put into the dark garage and it was sparking. Very small hole in the lead! Took everything off to inspect and the dizzy and rotor, even though good condition had seen better days.
Can I just buy one lead at a time though?

I changed the whole set after number 5's internal resister burnt out causing random missing at higher revs, I reckoned if one can fail maybe another would not be far behind
