Hey I'm looking to upgrade my rear drums to discs and I was wonder if anyone has done something similar and what all I will need or if I can buy a whole kit online. I'm looking to keep the 4 bolt wheel pattern as well.

Most E30 models have rear discs, and these are easily retrofitted to cars with drums.
You will need the trailing arms complete with half shafts and brakes, plus handbrake cables.
The traders on here will know exactly what you need, and can probably supply.
