Pre Facelift Parts On A Faclift Car

I was hoping to build my dream E30 how I prefer the M TECH 1 kit and the rear light clusters of the prefacelift cars but am only finding facelift coupes for sale. My question is it possible to convert a facelift car to take these parts or am I better off waiting for a prefacelift to come onto the market. Any guidance would be massively appreciated

It's possible, but not easy, or cheap, and you will end up with a devalued mongrel, so far better to wait for the right car to come along.

If you're looking for a prefacelift shell that needs work, I have one i might sell.
I can supply a Tech 1 kit too.
Wheels, steering wheel, tech 1 gear knob, but no interior.
