Open Diff Rebuild

I've got a couple of open diffs, both of which whine a little. Instead of buying another one (with no guarantees), what would be the cost to rebuild one?

PM Gareth here. Just had my LSD repaired and built up him and seems to be the Zone's go to guy for all things diff.
