Its nothing this end that cause's the problem, it is to do with the way BT are routing your IP traffic. There was a load the other day that had the same problem, it cleared up after a few hours.

The reason the site is blocking you is beacuse of the "Harvester" bit. Harvesters are programs/IP's/Bots that "Harvest" email address's from forums for the purpose of spam.

Ill have a look on the black list's to see if your IP has been used for any spamming.

It wont be because of something you have done, it will be because of who ever had your IP address before, has been doing naughty things, so some put the IP on a list, then it cause's problems for the next person who has the same IP.
