Euro do INA and dayco kits. I'd happily fit either to my car.
Yes I would change the tensioner, I'd also order the tensioner spring from BMW aswell as it's good practice.

I've never used that site myself. I don't see why it wouldn't be a contitech kit.

The tensioner's good for 50,000 miles or so, however old it is, while the belt has a maximum life of 5 - 6 years.
As E30s move away from being daily drivers to garage queens or weekend toys, the need to replace the tensioner will move towards every second or third belt.
