hi chaps my freind has got a cabby and on the passanger side rear inner arch it has rotted, anyone can recommend someone who could sort this ideally in midlands area?

I can do it for him,I'm in warrington.My brother drives up from the midlands every weekend it only takes an hour or so to drive up
