can someone convert 316i touring into 325i?

im looking ot get a touring and most of them are 316i, does anyone know of garages or someone independent can supply and fit this conversion? any help will be appreciated

yes me , just finished my own touring 318i auto , now 2.7 manual

the prices will vary if i supply the engine and parts or you supply them, the conditions are you bring car to me in Consett, Durham along with any parts , leave the car for 2 days while i complete the work .
