any ideas on value 325i sport

hi there,difficult i know without actually seeing a car but my mums on about selling the sport and as the prices are so varied i dont know what its worth
its a dolphin grey 325i sport completely stock with about 140k,owned by us since it was a year old,its an e reg 88 and has the mtech 1 bodykit
drivers seat base and bolster replaced about 3 yrs ago,interior all good
excellent condition,has a dented front wing which will be replaced, and only rust is small bit on 1 rear arch low down,and a bubble near rear side window quite small too
been told the later sports are worth more with the bigger boot spoiler?
no history as my dads a mechanic so just replaced whatever needs doing each year.just passed the mot had some brakes and a few minor bits done
due a cam belt change and the tappett adjustment.
