Anyone know where I can get them from or what the actual name is?

It's the cap that goes over the wheel bearings.

They usually come with a new bearing. You could try a motorfactors, they might be able to get them in separate.

BMW part number is 31 21 1 130 125. They used to cost about 1.50 GBP, but I've no idea if they are still available and at what price.
Ask Cotswold on here, or your local dealer.
