13 OBC

Is there any professionals out there that can fit an 13 OBC, I'm asking for a mate, and yes I told him to join the zone. He also wants to know if it requires taking the dash off for the wiring to take place, thanks.

Requires removing some access panels (above glovebox, above driver's knees, instrument cluster and radio, mainly), but the whole dash doesn't need to come out, although that is a fairly easy job on an E30 anyway.
All simple DIY stuff.
