Hello all. Having a bit of a mare with Burt my black 320i touring. The rear n/s wheel bearing has been making noise for a while now and so I brought it into a garage to get it replaced. Unfortunatly the drive shaft is stuck in the hub and no amount of heating and gentle persuation with assorted weapons will shift it. Now question is do I have to replace the whole arm/hub drive shaft now or has somebody got some advice. The garage is trustworthy. I was in today looking at it and they've soaked it in freeing fluid over the weekend and used two fairly serious clamps to try and budge it.
If I do need to replace the setup where do I get the parts as neither eurocarparts or GFS have them(got the bearing from GSF)
All advice welcome.Michael

i can sort out a trailing arm and driveshaft if needed , tell the garage to put the big nut on the shaft end and beat it out .... if you get it out and f00k the threads by hitting the shaft out at least you only need to buy a drive shaft .
