Who is good to give my car for SOR?

Guys I'm looking to have my E30 M3 retailed I would like some recommendations please. Has anyone had first hand experience doing SOR with any of these companies? I know there's Munich legends, classic heros etc but what I'm looking for is for people who have been down this route and how was your experience?

I work for Munich legends as a senior tech if you have any questions.

Pretty much every E30 that comes in for SOR gets inspected by me.

I'm also a fellow E30 M3 owner.
