Can't change my email address!!

I keep getting that when I try and change my email address.. Is there any mods on this site anymore?

This is a problem that we've always had, and can't seem to find a solution to.
The only way is to PM a mod with IT skills (which definitely excludes me), such as Ian (HartgeH27) or possibly TPS.
