Hi guys I want to lower my 325i cab currently sits lower at the rear and higher at the front... I really don't like the look.

I want to lower it but just debating on different drops.
40mm
60/40
60mm

Any advice or recommendations?

I've had 60/40 and hated it. It looked council and was not a comfortable ride. If you want to level things up I'd go for 30/10 but I'm not sure such a kit exists so maybe just lower the front so it matches the height of the rear.

Lowering an E30 by 60mm, simply by shortening springs, moves the suspension out of its designed operating parameters, and, without going into technical details, it does just not work.

What about a eBay coilovers kit would that still be the same?

Even worse! The only way to lower a car by large amounts is to effectively lower the body on the chassis.

The car recently had some b4 shocks fitted just before I bought it so I was just thinking of fitting 60mm springs.....

Good quality 35mm - 40mm springs (= Eibech or H&R) and the B4s, will work perfectly, as long as all bushes are good.
