I have a whole bunch of stuff away for powder coating, the filler pipe being one bit. They called me yesterday and said it has a plastic part in there and it will melt in the curing process.
Can it be removed ?

This off of a late car? Only possible plastic part I can think of is part of the silly insert to stop the terminally stupid filling their cars with diesel. If this is it, grt it out.
