Yep
There's a form to be filled in for each vehicle history you want. On the form it asks why you want it. generally saying you are the current owner is all you need, if you are the owner. When I did mine it was a fiver per car.
I got back photocopies of every V5 for the car, showing names etc of previous owners and any reg changes as well.
