I bought some front wings from BMW,
And my bodywork guy has just rung to say one side is 8mm shorted in width, than the other.
Does sound familiar to anyone?
As buying them straight from BMW was a pretty painful process for my wallet and my mentality.

There was a thread on here a few months back that they are now BMW "approved" parts rather than originals. I'm likely to be buying a pair myself and recently queried this at the main dealer. They assured me they would be a perfect fit...

My £120 "BMW Approved" wing was no better than what ECP were charging £20 for at the time, will have been about 10 years ago now.darkchild wrote:There was a thread on here a few months back that they are now BMW "approved" parts rather than originals. I'm needing a pair as well, my mate is the parts manager at the local BMW Dealership, he's quoted me £361.49.

Send us a pm mate with more details if you can please , are these used originals? They would need to be dent, rust, and filler freebrutus wrote:its bizzare that there are probs from bmw with there wings, but nothing is surprising anymore !id be happy to sell my VGC original wings if anybody wants 'em £70 each,
