Why can't I join the zone on Facebook?

As above I've been looking at getting a 325i sport again and tried to join the Facebook group but each time I check the request is deleted?

Could be your profile not reflecting any car or e30 related background. The admin/mods there are as careful as possible in checking profiles as there are a lot of potential spammers. Send me your email addy and I will get you invited.

and plus its a closed group now it was open up until a month ago i noticed
