That top one looks crap, doesn't fit proparly at all. The second one looks a bit better but still not a patch on an M-Teck I or II kit.

i like the rear valance on the 1st car. fills the back of the car out a bit!
BBS split rims on the 1st car fill the arches nicely too.

The only thing I like about ANY of those cars are the little brake ducts at the bottom of the front spoiler on the red one...

All the rest are garbage... look terrible. Apart from the rims of course...

BBS... stick to what you're good at!

sal

thats harsh. these were the bomb back in the eighty"s. this is a rare kit, there was 2 types of bbs kit. the one with the door molds(a la m-tech 2), and the one with the extended wheel arches(as on the baur).

its a bodykit which fits in with the period of the car. better than the wank rieger kits.

BBS kit is 80s and it screams it with pride. Sal, that IS harsh mate and im with Jon on them being more fitting periodically than reiger/AVO/GTS/GT3 kits or whatever other kit you choose thats made today. E30 is an 80s car and the styling should be according. BBS kit is styled accordingly, so i wont rip it. BBS rocks, even if their alloys are better than their kits.

I wouldnt turn one down for Ԛ£100... reiger i would tho.

Harsh it may be, but its what I think.

Couldnt care less what period it was from and what significance it has, I think its crap and I've decided that its my life's mission to find and destroy these turds. Its a crime against E30's. INfact Im sure even the plastic they are made from isnt even happy.

Off to Local Store to buy Biggest Sledge Hammer.

Demlot, if you like it so much why dont you fit it to your 4door.

The one with the door pods I think looks smart,

I couldn't give a sh1te if anyone else thinks it looks good or not.

The one is have seen with the BBS bodykit, and BBS RS's look phat.

Almost on par with M-Tech II, but not quite. :)

Auto Tint Design still sell that one.

As for the BBS kit...reminds me of the Zender kit.

A bit "white sock" and reminds me of Auf Wiedershen Pet <<spelling

they dont really go with the rest of the car

a kit which actually looks like a 'kit' (afterthought) is just not good enough, it should look like it belongs there, and to be honest they look a bit wonky to me

im sure they were liked back in the day though

First one and second one is same kit, only color differs. If you look pictures thorough you can see it also (maybe).

Somebody said that a kit which actually looks like a 'kit' (afterthought) is just not good enough, it should look like it belongs there.

I must say that every bodykit, also m-tech 2 looks like that it doesn`t belong to e30 (you can also conclude that if you calculate how many holes you must drill to install that kit). Every "original" bodykit of 80`s is part of that time. Maybe littlebit ridicuolous now, but not after few years.

Ps. Sorry to post so late to this thread ;)

Sorry but i think you'll find that the front bumper and valance is different on the 1st and 2nd cars becasue the top one is a chrome bumper car!

You should have also noticed the different fog lights and also the fact the 2nd car(facelift) also has a straight bottom edge compared with what look like some kind of brake duct on the 1st car.

The rear valance on the facelift car also stays a lot deeper rather than rising towards the back like on the top car.

So if you choose to ignore these differences then yes they are exactly the same kit!
