I have a leather rear bench and want to get rear headrests. Do I have to get a different rear bench or can I get some brackets?

You need a fitting kit and a sharp knife ! Fitting kit should come with everything needed to retrofit rear headrests to your rear seat back and the knife is needed to bravely cut the four holes
I have a fitting kit and a pair of the correct piped headrests available

to do the holes take the bench off and punch through from the INSIDE out! Its already prepped for headrests!
Last thing you want to do is poke the wrong part and it to look silly lol
