Car passed Mot again well happy but the advised that i need the front drivers side wishbone replaced at some point. I enquired at ECP and they only go upto 1988 for the wishbone are they the same as mine is a 1992 ? Also where else could i try and get the correct one i need and also is it viable to change both of them and the lollipop bushes too..?

You can just change the relevant ball joint on your existing wishbone if you want, but when taking time and effort required into account, most people replace the whole arm.
All E30 wishbones are the same, from earliest production, right up to the very last touring to roll off of the line, but do not, under any circumstances, order anything from ECP for an E30 using a production date that overlaps the introduction of the E36, because it's parts for the latter that you will be sent.
If you change the whole arm, you will need to replace the lollipop bush as well, since they aren't really removable to be reused once installed, and these bushes should always be replaced as a pair. If doing so, consider fitting E30 M3 bushes, which should last longer and improve steering 'feel'. If you buy the bushes from BMW, note that you only need to buy one, as 'one' consists of two bushes.
