Anyone got any experience of these? They're currently out of stock but will be getting some more, apparently..

Seems cheap.. is it nasty?

Its nothing like the original item, which folds up nicely in the boot. if you areon a budget then it will do, but I'd save for an original one. Big advantage is you will more than likely sell the original one again at the end of your tenure for the same if not more, whereas you will struggle to sell the repro one.
Selection of BMW hardtops available, please ask!

I have this exact one and I don't drive the car without it up, cruise along the motorway the wrong side of 70 and the cabin is calm and quiet.

Does it fit in the boot?

Thanks

To fit in the boot would be great, but an original would be three times the price.. are they really 3 times better?

I had no real desire for one (other than "nice to have") until I drove my mother-in-law's Merc CLK convertible with one fitted last week. Tried the car without the deflector as well.. the difference was night and day and now I have a "want"!
