Its so expensive Gavin! I sent an Mtech kit via DHL to California, cost £480 if I remember correctly, but on the plus side only took 2 days to ship. Even a steering wheel works out at £80, try to keep the packing light, and consider surface mail, but that takes many weeks.

We've sent things to the States using www.p4d.co.uk with no dramas, in fact, we sent one parcel measuring about 60cmx60cmx60cm to California iirc, it cost £4
There was an error on their website 

X5 V8 for thrills, CRV for chills, Range Rover P38 V8 for sooooo much aggravation...
