are the e30 windows bonded in? easy to change or expensive for sum1 else? cheers

The only bonded one is in the M3. Not that expensive. one of the smaller companies should supply and fit this for around Ԛ£100. Best to get an experienced fitter to do this as the front screen is laminated and can crack quite easily if you catch it on the edge.

That statement really only applys to toughend glass, a windscreen will crack if they are not handled properly ay any time, not just when being fitted.
