from the top of my mind,
all 325i share the same 2.5 12v engine, same bhp torque etc (engine management systems are different from the early to late ones motoronic k j etc i dont know lol)
the 325i sport are all 2 door- mtech (1 or 2) body kit, lsd, c/r g/box, bmw sport seats, mtech stearing wheel/gear knob, mtech suspension, all ican think off loads more option tho, you may find the 4 door with mtech kit but i think they are specced up to have the kit i.e. not a sport.
other 325i available are se, which have more options obc, cruise etc etc,
motorsport are convertiables in only in h and j (might get early ones) only 3 - 4 colours available, making them rare and also leather console dash, different options.
most people call the 'sport' motorsport (some even say m3 hehe) but infact there are different, like above motorsport are converitables only. gorgeous cars to,
thats all i can think off, im sure someone will come along and contribute to.
