Does anybody know the differences between the front wings on a standard E30 M3 to those on the Evo sport III ?

I have a chance to buy some and wondered why the differ to std M3 wings.

The part numbers are also different - which sort of confirms it but the picture is no different.....

Thanks in advance.
James.

Pete... how can you tell that with them having paint on them? Is the difference between the two that noticeable...?

Giles the distance beyween the swage line and the top of the arch is about half as much on a sport evo compared to a standard car. I believe the reason BMW done this was to homologate 18" wheels for the touring cars.
I have seen on several occassions cars with wrong wings , the prices of the wings form BMW are similar but the arch liners aren't ,Ԛ£15 for a standard M3 ,Ԛ£60 for a sport evo. I remember a few years ago while minting up a sport evo throwing away the slightly tatty arch liners and innocently ordering two new ones, they eventually rolled up with a bill for nearly Ԛ£150, i still haven't recovered !

Ԛ£150... that's a lot of packets of sugar!
