Are all E30 seat the same?

The passengers seat doesn't tilt forward and the drivers seat doesn't have the levers to tilt forward. I'm assuming the drivers seat is from a 4 door. So currently I cannot let people in the back seats. Also the other seat mechanisms aren't as good as my cloth set.

I'm thinking that maybe I could swap the leather panels with the ones on my cloth set, would they fit?

Yes, that drivers seat is from a four door saloon. The other seats are a rather poor retrim . In theory you can swap the drivers seat back rest from your original drivers seat on to the leather base after you have swapped all the covers over. This will then give you a tilting drivers seat.
The passenger seat probably has a snapped cable. There are several different lengths available so be sure to measure and confirm before ordering. The passenger seat appears to be an original convertible seat .
