My 325i is idleing very high about 1400rpm and even after driving for over an hour stil idles high about 1100-1400, car wont sit under 1000rpms and when im driving and im goin slow the minute the revs go under 1000rpm the car starts jumping and i have to select a lower gear, iv changed the blue temp sensor, afm and all rubber hoses around it, any body any ideas its a bit annoying

Have you checked that the throttle is physically closing when foot is off the pedal? Cable may be too tight or obstructed somehow. Maybe someone has fiddled with the stop screw on the throttle or maybe the TPS is not working properly or poorly adjusted. Good luck

I would check the basics first, check everything is plugged in still, AFM, TPS and ICV. Check the TPS clicks as soon as the throttle is touched. Have a good check for vacuum leaks, in particular the rubber bung at the bottom of the Throttle body.
