Driving last night and when I got home I was looking at my fog lights and looked under the car at my sump and this orangy clout fluid was on it,I ran it up to temp today after I wiped it clean and there was no fluid weeping or anything, does the sump look as though it has some faint hairline cracks on it as I can't really tell, the dipstick level is fine and the car didn't sound funny when I ran it up to temp on one of the pics you can see the sump with the fluid on it and the other was today when wiped clean.

Unless you have just changed the oil, or run the car on LPG, that's not engine oil.
Steering fluid is one possibility, as is gearbox oil, if it's an auto.
Looks like the car could new with new front springs as well. Yours appear to have sagged, going by the condition of the sump.

Nope none of that and is manual, steering fluid dip stick is showing fine, but do you think the sump looks cracked? And it has 60mm lowering springs on the front, I haven't scraped the sump in weeks though

If it isn't cracked (or rubbed very thin) yet, it won't be long before it is. It won't take much of knock to split that open.

Check the clutch fluid level, then. That's NOT sump oil more than a few days old.

I've now realised its not coming from the sump it's coming from further up, I'm yet to work out where, when the engine is cold the fluid is really thick almost like grease

Mark up all your fluid bottles to check for loss

Look for any failing pipes

Pic looks like power steering fluid.....

That sump does look wafer thin!!!
