I see that in wiki we can use the rear drop links from a car make that i wish not name on here for the front ARB. Just checked on euros and they have two make's Ocap and Lemforder.
Which should i buy and why?
Ocap £10 each and Lemforder £20 each

The difference in price should answer your question! When offered alternatives by GSF/ECP, you should always go for the more expensive option, unless you are about to punt the car on and are totally unprincipled, or are a cheapskate loser.
The difference is quality.

I bought the lemforder one's and they are as the same quality as the Ocap one's...
They are the same!! and not worth an extra £20 for the Lemforders plus Lemforder's only give you one locking nutt ans Ocap give you 2
Lemforder's are going back for a swap to Ocap one's!!

How do you know they are the same quality ?
The fact that Lemforder manufacture parts for BMW and Ocap don't should tell you something.
Why go to the trouble of fitting a premium quality ARB and then attach cheap drop links to it ?
Your choice but in my experience if you buy cheap you buy twice.

Just what tests have you done to come to this conclusion?? I can assure you that the metals in the Ocap links are of a significantly inferior quality to those in the Lemforder version, and the Ocap boots on the joints will be perished and shredded long before those on the quality part.hotross wrote:I bought the lemforder one's and they are as the same quality as the Ocap one's...

There is a market for parts where the purchaser wants to do a job properly, and also a market for the "get it through the MOT at the cheapest possible price" or the "bodge it up and punt it on" brigade, and ECP, and other similar suppliers, see fit to cater for both of these groups.
