Hello E30 friends!
Been hunting for the perfect E30 for me for a while now. Finding a relatively low mileage one seems a hard task, So my question to you is what are the kind of prices i would be looking at to buy a high mileage one and get an engine swap/makeover. professionally done by a garage as i have 0 knowledge of engine building as well as 0 spare time.
Thanks once again.

So what's your definition of a low mileage E30 engine? Around 300,000 miles is my idea of when it might need a refresh. 100,000 miles is considered nicely run in.
Don't judge these engines by comparing them with those from the likes of Ford and Vauxhall.
Buy your E30 mainly on body condition. All the oily bits are readily available and easily changed if you are offered one that has been damaged.
