coupe and cabby M-tech check door cards. rare?

i have a cabby with Anthracite M-tech interior, just adding a few OE subtle mods to make it a bit special. all the m-tech cloth interiors had coloured vinyl or cloth insert door cards but on some M3 pics ive seen the checked cloth also on the doors. was this an option on the regular fare or just the cooking specials. are they rare to find? lastly does anybody sell the checked cloth on a roll for reupholstering the door card inserts?
