i no i am a mechanic and all that but... i was just speeking to a freind of mine sayin i wnted a sport bmw and he said do you want a sport or an mtech? he reckons that the sport had a flat rear spoiler and small side skirts bout 2"thick and a lower front bumper! and the mtech was the one with a kinda bulky kit with plastic door trim like on the kit?
i am sure he is wroung but he realy has got me thinking lol!
i thought that the sport came in sort of pase (mk) 1 and 2 and that was your mtech sport!
someone help!

also said the seats were diffrent??? so what is it i am going to buy?

I don't know which you are going to buy because you haven't said which one is the one you are looking at.

Sounds like your mate is a bit misinformed.

The pre-facelift car is a 325i Sport (Tech I) it has a few M-Tech parts on, but was not called an Mtech.

The post-facelift car was also called a 325i Sport (Tech II) and had the 'chunkier' bodykit, including the door panels, and taller rear spoiler.
