Assuming you're taking about the center caps for original BBS crossspokes, the caps for 14" and 15" wheels are different in size.

Many unscrupulous sellers attempt to palm off essentially worthless E34 15" BBS plastic caps as E30 fitment. On the other hand, many people looking for E30 caps think sellers asking £20-£40 for E30 15" caps are on drugs when they can buy an E34 cap for a fiver. The fact it is cheap because it does not fit only becomes apparent afterwards.

After a bit of sculpturing, the E34 ones can be made to fit and be held in place with a large blob of silicon rubber. An option to consider if you think there's a regular chance of returning to you car and finding that £150 worth of BBS centre caps have gone AWOL.
The normal removal tool will break the silicon rubber and twist the caps off when you need to.
