I've posted a question in technical too
I'm after the strongest springs available from bmw for a touring with a tow bar and the Mtec drop which I think is 15mm
Does anyone have an idea which to order and which top mounts are best
Strongest springs for rear of touring with Mtec drop

You may be better suited running stock rear springs if you intend using your towbar.
With M-tec front springs, you will get a subtle 'nose down' stance...

I did think that was worried it would lower the nose too far

I ran this set up with my touring for several years without issues.
IMO,little point in lowering the back of a touring if you intend to carry wieght/use the towbar.

Boot full, including a medium case diff!

I broke a pair of rears in France, but I did have a full load of wine...the towbar electric's socket was trailing on bumps!jonny323i wrote:Good point think I will do that mtec front standard rear
