Hartge 16inch tyre size

I'm using 205/50/16 on my hartge wheels. Is it poss to run tyre size 225/45/16 on the wheel. Or can I use 225/45/16 back and 215/45/16 front. What are u guy usings on the wheel . Has anybody used Toyo r888 tyre any feedback would be good.
