One of the things that inspired me to do the Wiki articles was the general uselessness of American websites, espeically Pelican.

OP, if you do this take lots of photos and mail them to me please. I'll do a write up using them.

Step by step with photos would of been perfect, but how would i deal with the spring situation when removing then re-fitting ?

Tie the spring down with thin wire or small cable ties.
