no havent caught them yet but police are have the car and are doing forensics on it so hopefully the find prints or something.
damage is none repairable really, smashed in quater panel front and rear valances 1 front wing, tailgate etc
not really sure how much its worth as a whole but if anyones interested in it can make me an offer has lots of goodies on it, 16" hartge wheels luckily they didnt take my spare so i still have 4, 3.91 lsd, leather front seats, uprated springs/shocks, strut brace, proper e30 dog guard/cover, engine was good but not sure what its like now, 6 branch manifold - full scorpion system etc can sell parts seperatly
just need to get some money together for a new car

A lot of the damage you mention is bolt-on repairable. As long as they didn't jump on the roof or set fire to it, you may well find you can fix it for a lot less than you think.
I know how devastated you must feel to have your pride and joy taken and abused like this, but if you frag the car in haste then you may regret it soon - replacing a car of that spec will be nigh-on impossible.
Make a cup of tea, scour the Wanted ads and ebay, and price up how much a tailgate, front wings and front valance might cost you - those can be swapped over in a day.
Don't let these thieving muppets rob you of the E30 lifestyle

You will be surprised what can be achieved, maybe some local zoners might chip in and give you a hand.

Sorry to hear this dude, that's really sh1t
You should look into rebuilding it, stuff is surprisingly cheap on ebay if someone is braking a touring
I hope you don't but if you do decide to break it, I will take the 3.91 lsd please
All the best

There's a couple of touring's being broken in the parts section at the moment.
It will likely be a C or D write off but likely repairable.

not sure if i should say how much but its enough to get me a cheap runaround, just need it gone really as ive got nowhere to store it. will start saving for another e30 and a steering lock soon though
don't let it go for less than the agreed price , have you ever sold a car before ?
if the buyer knows you need shot of it so be prepared to haggle for an "already AGREED price "
i had some guy turn up £50 short once so i took the 7 months worth of tax out of the window

Very sorry to hear about this!
Does your car insurance not cover your car contents? Might as well get something for paying through the backside for the privilege of driving.

He is driving on someone elses trade policy so not worth claiming.
He has somehow managed to draw £750 off a victim for the remains so not all is lost !
