Yes, that is an E30 / E32 / E34 boss. If it is nice with undamaged stitching , an ebay classified at £195 will see it gone. If it is really exceptional and the stitching all obviously green and blue, maybe £250.

It has 1 or 2 marks from storage, you can see the stitching is coloured, I cant tell which is the green or blue, but that may be my eyes
