Alloy spare wheel!

I have 5 15" cross spoke original bmw alloys and I'm looking for a set of alpina ones. At what size do I have to change the supsension of the car to suit the alloys and whats the best way of getting a spare wheel. I was thinking of buying a set and purchasing a single one to keep for spare. Also if anyone is interested in the wheels I live in the south London area. [/img]

I have an excellent 7" genuine Alpina wheel with a period correct Michelin tyre.
