registered keeper question

i have had a run in with a few guys who seem to have a keen eye on my car for a few weeks now, i have their registration any way i can find out who the keeper is or registered too.

There may be a way to get the information from the DVLA

They must be pretty thick if they want your car and have successfully got you to the point of p1ssed off! Hardly a stealth way to steal a car is it?

If clamping and towing companies can purchase information from the dvla I'm sure you can to worth a try , the dvla make millions selling information
