Cost more than the 5k reward to catch the guy who did it, then again if someone was to split the reward with me then i would take the wrap, would even offer him a part refund lol Love these dumb suckers!
My Mrs works in a bank and sees quite a few of these council types, has warned a few of the dangers but theres always one idiot who says, "No its legit" only to be seen in the bank 2 days later in tears!

Doubt it's the council types as they be more street wise? I think it's the more naive and gullible who start ignoring the dangers when they feel they getting a bargain. I wonder how much he has parted with.. Surely he must have give a deposit of a few '000s rather than the full 15k
