Just wondered what we think my Alpina C2 2.7 convertible is worth?

It's a bit rusty in places, but, it is also a very rare car!

It doesn't have any service history, although I have had it 11 years now!

The roof is good visually, and the interior is a ropey Motorsport!

No history and a resto project doesn't bode well for it.

I realise this car will need to go to someone who could do the work themselves, or has a good contact!

A little more than 1k :)

It's a seriously rare car, I don't what would hurt most, to see it fragged or restored?

Actually, seeing it restored would be heartbreaking! :(

Why would somebody break it. Its a genuine C2 2.7 with the Alpina bits still attached. There are much worse insignificant cars being restored.

It's been unused for years, although I do start it from time to time!

I forgot to say, that although the car is a bit rusty, it is extremelly good underneath!

Don't really see why people get hung up on history unless they are hoping to sell it on but If its lasted this long it most have been looked after up to a point or it would be sat there with a cracked head sat in the boot and missing a load of bits.

It is still a gorgeous car, it's in the yard at work, and the staggered alloys still look awesome. I'm negotiating on a quite expensive car, so I can't justify the Alpina just sat there, so would sell, but if that falls through, I will keep it!

I agree to some extent about service history BUT in my opinion to help with a C2 it needs that all important Sytners service book. It helps its value and authenticity - the last bit especially. But it doesn't have to be a deal breaker theres plenty of give away signs on a genuine car to the right eyes.

You need a slap for letting it fester and then reappearing again asking about values!

It is a shame the car has got like this, unfortunately it's a victim of cirumstances!

The car is unusual as it has Alpina as the manufacturer on the V5.

I do have the letter of authenticity from Sytner!
