M62 swap cost

Had a peek in the m60 section but theres not really the info I was after.

How much could an m62 swap be done for. Originally late next year I thought I might stick an m60 in my e30 but I have just been offered an e39 540i for 300 bucks.

The reason I wanted to go m60 was because I know EWS etc can be a bit of a nightmare but having messed around swapping the motor in my 328 there I know how to bypass it atleast.

If Im correct i need

e36 m3 rad
e36 328 prop
Ebay engine mounts
Custom exhaust
Brake cylinder behind pedals

Is there much else other than engine, ews and dme required. And how much can it be done for. I know a few guys on here have v8 e30s so will know first hand.
