Hi good folks of the Zone, has anyone done a seat conversion and installation, from an E36 into their E30 by chance?
I am looking to reupholster the interior, but modernise the seats a little as finding the E30 Recaros in Melbourne is proving difficult and I'm not keen on spending BIG $$$ importing them either.
I have access to a very inexpensive set of front seats that do need a lot of work, but as I am redoing the entire interior anyway, it makes no difference.
Basically, adapting the E30 rails to take the E36 seats, what's involved please?
