I have some running issues with the Sport

- idling - when cold start the revs fluctuate a lot by 600rpm. After 5 mins is ok.
- when braking to standstill sometimes it stalls. This has only really been happening since I went to the Powerflow dealer. He did loosen the connection between form pipe and centre box. I think was too difficult for him to fully disconnect it. Bolts were rusty so he replaced them no charge. Wondering whether he connected properly and would cause it to stall at standstill ?
- vibration through brake pedal when under braking. Very noticeable at motorway speeds. Steering isn't totally rock solid at motorway speeds.
Can anyone shed any light ?
Best case / worst case scenarios ?
Please to tell me is simple and cheap fix.

Engine does not feel silky smooth as M52B25TU or S54B32

Thanks very much :-)

Check the blue temp sensor as a first port of call:

Try resetting the ECU by disconnecting it or the battery for an hour or so, then follow the initialisation procedure outlined in the Zone chip fitting guide (part 10 onwards):

Brake vibration could be warped discs, loose wheel bearings or worn suspension wishbone/lollipop bushes. Same applies to steering vibration, which could also be a worn steering guibo, or worn steering rack or track rod ends; jack up the front of the car and shake the wheels in and out to feel for play.

It will be warped front discs causing the vibration on your car Pony as all the bushes and track rods are new.

Steering issue is most likely a worn guibo in the steering linkage.

Cold start issue could be a number of things.

Are these all cheap to fix ?
