How rare are e30 baur convertibles

Hi everyone

Iv been offered an e30 baur convertible for a good price, owner thinks it's a 325... How often so these come about? What's the average price too as the owner doesn't know what he wants?

As for condition he was a bit sketchy on the details but he said it's straight with slight rust to the sills and arches

Any help greatly appreciated

Could you find out the Baur-no. or VIN?
